What is your Pre-loved Buyback program?

Sell us your gently-used pieces and get paid in cash or store credit (paid when we buy, not when items sell) - only at the Brooklyn shop.

What items do you take?

✔ Women’s clothing, scarves, handbags, gloves, belts, sunglasses, shoes
✘ Intimates, pajamas, socks, jewelry, linens

What brands do you take?

We take contemporary and vintage brands that is not fast fashion. Examples include:

✔ Reformation, Eileen Fisher, Mara Hoffman, Rachel Comey, Kow Tow
✘ Fast fashion (Shein, H&M, Old Navy, Zara, etc)

What condition do my clothes need to be in?

If we wouldn’t proudly put it on the shop floor, we can’t take it. Pieces must be clean and ready to wear—no stains, funky smells, or mystery rips.

Do you only take items seasonally?

Yes, we only take in-season pieces

How much do you pay for my items?

Payments are made via store credit or cash based on the resale price of the garment that is determined by our team. Payments are made when we purchase the items from you, not when they sell.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my items in?

No appointment needed—just stop by our Brooklyn shop during store hours with your items. It usually takes us a few business days to review and price. We will give you a call when your payout is ready.

We do not review items on the spot. It usually takes us a few business days to review and price. We will give you a call when your payout is ready.

What do I need to bring with me to sell my items?

Just your pieces and a valid photo ID. Must be 18+ to sell.

Can you donate my unaccepted items?

Yes, we send them to Goodwill or another non-profit.

My pieces were in season and met all of your criteria, why didn't you take them?

It’s not you, it’s shelf space (our shop is small!) —we only take what we know will fly off the racks or fill a gap in our collection.

Can I mail my items to you to sell?

Not right now—we’re only taking items on a walk-in basis at our Brooklyn shop.
