Return and Exchange Policy

Holiday 2023: We are extending our return policy for the Holiday season. For all orders placed on or after December 1, 2023, you have until December 31, 2023 to initiate your return (or within 14 days of delivery, whichever is greater).

While it breaks our hearts to see a product turned away from its new home, we want you to truly love every purchase from Rue Saint Paul. We are happy to review items for return or exchange provided it meets our Return and Exchange Policy.

RETURN / EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS

  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date and mailed within 7 days of the request.
  • Merchandise ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: Items that are unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Jewelry, footwear, journals, home goods in its original packaging.

  • Merchandise NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: All sale, final sale, beauty, scents/fragrances, soaps, swimwear, and intimates. All pre-owned merchandise and rentals are final sale. All care boxes are final sale. All face masks are final sale. All gift cards are final sale.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

  • Exchanges must be for the same product in a different variation such as size or color. If you would like an alternative product, we ask that you return the original product and make a new purchase.

  • Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your return or exchange request, the final authorization of whether it meets our Return and Exchange Policy will be at Rue Saint Paul’s discretion. All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval by Rue Saint Paul.

ONLINE ORDERS (Free Returns and Exchanges, U.S. ONLY)

  • We are only able to offer free returns and exchanges on U.S. orders at this time. 

  • Please submit a request for returns and exchanges on our here. You will need the email you used to place the order to process the request. If you purchased from us in-store and would like to request a return or exchange, please visit our store in person. 

  • Should you submit a RETURN request, we will review your request against our eligibility requirements. After your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship the original product back to us. After we receive and review the product, we will issue you a refund in the original form of payment.

  • To submit an EXCHANGE request, please follow the Return request steps and leave a comment in the notes section that you would like to make an exchange and note the requested item. We will review your request against our eligibility requirements. We will do our best to find you your desired item subject to product availability. If your desired product is available, we will happily exchange it free of charge. After your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship the original product back to us. After we receive and review the product, we will send you your new product at no additional ground shipping charge. If you need rush shipping for your exchange item, the shipping cost will be charged to your account. If your desired exchange item is not available and you choose to return it, we will email you a shipping label to ship the original product back to us and issue you a refund in the original form of payment after we receive the product.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

  • Rue Saint Paul cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return or exchange items during return shipping.

  • If we cannot accept the returned product, the original product will be shipped back to you via ground shipping.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Please bring the merchandise you would like to return or exchange along with your receipt (electronic receipt okay) to our store. We do not currently accept return or exchange requests for online orders in-store.

  • Our sales associate will review and process your request according to our Return and Exchange Policy
