Order Processing, Shipping and Taxes
Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays). We do our best to ship your orders within 1 – 3 business days. Please note that holiday and sales seasons may take longer.
We currently only offer rush delivery during specific holiday seasons.
You will receive an email confirmation after the order has been placed.
ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
If you need to make any changes to or need to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once we start the shipment process, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations. If we are unable to modify or cancel your order, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit for your items after they have been received and they meet the return and exchange criteria. See RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY for more details.
We ship worldwide. Delivery to a U.S. P.O. box is available only with the USPS Priority Mail Express shipping option.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of the order or based on a flat rate for USPS Priority. We offer discount shipping rates with USPS, UPS, and DHL (for international orders). We ship from our Brooklyn, New York location. Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number. You can start tracking the order generally a day after it ships. On occasion, multiple items from the same order will ship separately, in which case you may receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.
U.S. Delivery Time Estimates:
- USPS First Class Package: Delivered in 1-3 business days for our smaller orders
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivered in 1-3 business days
- UPS Ground: Delivered in 1-5 business days based on distance to destination

REFUSED, DELAYED, OR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We do our best to get your package to its new home.
Unfortunately, in instances where packages are refused for any reason, we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred. If a package is refused and returned to us, we will refund you the order and deduct the full cost of original shipping and return fees incurred from the refund. We will gladly place a new order for you should you choose to do so.
We do wish we could control the weather, traffic, airport delays, and well, just about anything. Unfortunately, we cannot. If your package is delayed due to a force of nature or other uncontrollable events, we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for such uncontrollable events.
Once proof of delivery is generated, we consider it delivered and we cannot be responsible if the package is lost or stolen.

Our listed product prices do not include taxes. Taxes will be charged for shipment to addresses in New York State and are calculated at checkout.
