- One People collects all of its fabric waste from in house and from its manufacturers. It has an agreement with a re-spinning mill in Java, Indonesia, to produce new yarn and fabric from the leftovers.

- For best results, hand wash the Vilnius Beanie in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid bleaching the garment. While it should not be tumble dried, you can apply a low iron if needed. If preferred, it can be professionally dry cleaned. After washing, ensure you lay the beanie flat and gently reshape it for proper drying.
