How do returns work?

We offer returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible unworn, unused products - just use our Returns Portal. All mailed returns are subject to a $6.99 restock fee. Returns can also be dropped off at our Brooklyn shop at 313 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231.

What does pre-rented mean?

Our pre-rented pieces come from our Brooklyn in-store rental program. Borrowed for a short stint (think weddings, date nights, big meetings), each piece returns for local eco-friendly cleaning and a quality check. Once refreshed, it’s released for sale — like-new, with a story to tell.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes! Most of our clothing comes from small sustainable brands that we order six months in advance, so restocks aren’t guaranteed. Pre-loved and pre-rented gems are truly one-of-a-kind — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
